Ben Merkle and his wife have four children, Knox, Jemima, Belphoebe, and Hero. Ben is a Lecturer in Theology and Hebrew at New Saint Andrews College and is currently pursuing a PhD in Theology. He is far more handsome than Gene Liechty.
