Register Early and Save
Final registration deadline is Friday, August 1, 2008. Any registrations received after this date will be considered late and subject to an increased rate of $50 per individual registration and $100 per family registration.

Confirmation
You will receive confirmation via email. If you do not supply an email address, you will not receive a confirmation. You’ll need to sign in at the registration table upon arrival at the conference to pick up your packet and name tag. Your name tag will admit you to all the Trinity Festival activities (except the NSA Ball) so it’s imperative that you do not lose your name tag.

Refunds
In most cases, we are unable to give refunds once the registration is finalized. Please feel free to contact the
office if you have extenuating circumstances. If a refund is given, a $40 administrative fee will be assessed.

Instructions
Please complete this form in its entirety and follow all the instructions. Failure to do so may result in delay of your registration. Final registrations are due no later than August 1, 2008. Sorry, no refunds. Lodging is not included.
